Hi, I’m CLaudine.

I’m a board-certified Occupational Medicine physician and a certified life coach for women in medicine.

Since studies consistently show that women are disproportionately affected by burnout, I am passionate about helping high-achieving women who work in healthcare THRIVE in their personal and professional lives.

    In the toolkit, you’ll learn 5 evidence-based somatic tools that will help you gently rewire your nervous system so you can heal overwhelm and chronic stress. The toolkit is accessible from any device so you can take it on the go. I know you are pressed for time, so I created the toolkit with that in mind. Each exercise takes 10 minutes or less!

  • Release & Restore Session

    The Release & Restore (RAR) hypnosis session is a powerful inner- change process to help you transform your thoughts, feelings, habits, and even your identity. During the session, we do a guided visualization to release the root cause of what’s keeping you stuck so you can accelerate your healing journey.
