ReCovering from burnout—the embodied way

So many professional women are suffering from burnout and although we all know there are job and lifestyle factors contributing to burnout, perhaps the biggest factor is that the masculine has always been held up as the standard and we’ve been told for decades we have to do things like men to be successful.

And while tapping into our masculine skills is super helpful in many areas of our lives (and we need to be connected with our own empowered masculine—that doesn’t come from a man), we weren’t designed to live from this space.

We have our OWN genius.

As an embodiment coach, I help women in medicine reconnect with this part of themselves on a visceral level. (And yes, we address the mindset and job/lifestyle factors in the process too.)

But from my own experience (and my experience working with other women) living more fully expressed from your feminine genius is what really moves the needle on burnout…

I'm so excited to share a interview I did my mentors, Jenna Ward!

On this episode we talked about:

  • How I got into embodiment work

  • My own experience of burnout

  • The culture of burnout in modern healthcare

  • How burnout can show up - the signs, symptoms & what to look for

  • The role of conventional burnout strategies & how I support women in medicine with burnout recovery
